Hi, I’m a piano tuner and technician on Orcas Island. My business name is Island Pianoworks.
I started tuning pianos after moving to Orcas in 2019. A few years ago I took the Piano Techician Academy program, then continued study with Artisan Mentoring, and joined the Piano Technicians Guild, where I continue to learn and practice my craft.
I love pianos. I love to play them, teach on them, tune them, fix them, improve them, and of course to play them! I wish to share this joy and satisfaction with casual and serious players, students, teachers, listeners, and concert pianists.
My goal is to help you get the most out of your piano.
Forgive my very basic, incomplete website! I’m working on it. I’d rather work on your piano.
Call, text, or email me for information or to set up a service appointment. If you’re not near my little island, I may need a few appointments in order to make the trip. I’m happy to pay a finders fee.
